Available Land: Currently, the City of Chilton has two lots available in the business park.

  • 11.86 acres located west of Irish Road and north of the railroad tracks
  • 4.22 acres located north of Progress Way

Purchase Price: The purchase price of land in the Industrial Park is $3,000.00 per acre. Construction shall begin within two (2) years after closing.

About Chilton Industrial Park: Chilton's Business Park offers very affordable land to businesses looking to relocate, expand and grow in a community that embraces industry. Recent improvements include:


  • In 2001, Chilton expanded its Business Park by adding 44 acres of land available for businesses wanting to start, expand or relocate. Improvements to the land were made (see Utilities). Sites are now available to begin construction.
  • In 2009, the city acquired an additional 15 acres of land north of the railroad tracks and west of Irish Road.
  • In 2011, the city completed a stormwater management pond that incorporated all the water runoff in the area south of the railroad tracks and west of Vogt Lane.

Location: Chilton is located in the heart of eastern Wisconsin and is within one hour driving radius of more than 875,000 people. Chilton is also 77 miles north of Milwaukee and 169 miles north of Chicago. Employees in the Chilton Industrial Park come as far away as Appleton and Manitowoc. Because Chilton is centrally located, it can draw employees with diverse educational backgrounds to the area for employment.

Utilities: Chilton's Business Park is fully serviced with electrical, water, sewer, fiber optic and natural gas lines. Access roads with curb and gutter flow traffic through the site.

Transportation: Chilton is located on three state highways. Hwy. 32 and Hwy. 57 flows traffic north and south while Hwy. 151 flows traffic east and west. Interstate 43 and U.S. Hwy. 41 are accessible from the state highways and can lead traffic throughout the state, Midwest and the rest of United States and North America.


By the air, Chilton is near two regional airports, Appleton International Airport (34 miles north east) Green Bay's Austin Straubel International Airport (39 miles north), and one area airport in New Holstein (six miles south). Railway service is included on a number of parcels on the site.

Education: Fox Valley Technical College completed a new regional center in Chilton in 2002 to service the growing needs of employers and employees. FVTC has a wide variety of business and technical classes and can also provide specialized training just for your business and employee needs.

Additionally, there are seven four-year colleges and universities within 40 miles of Chilton (UW-Green Bay, UW-Oshkosh, St. Norberts 's College, Lawrence University, Marion College, Lakeland College and Silver Lake College), three technical colleges (Moraine Park Technical College, Lakeshore Technical College and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College) and four two-year colleges (University of Wisconsin-Fox Valley, UW-Fond du Lac, UW-Sheboygan and UW-Manitowoc).
